Germany 2 Euro 2006 Schleswig-Holstein UNC

In the center of the coin is depicted the Holstentor – the gate, symbol of the city of Lübeck. Below it is placed the inscription "Schleswig-Holstein". This is the first of the 16 federal states of Germany to which a commemorative coin is dedicated. The engraver's initials "HH" are to the right of the image, and the mint mark "A", "D", "F", "G" or "J" (depending on the mint) is located to the left of it. The year of minting "2006", the 12 stars of the European Union and the inscription "Bundesrepublik Deutschland" are on the outer ring.
