Slovenia 2 euroa 2021 200 v. Carniolan museo UNC

The image is inspired by the frieze rows of the Vače Situla – one of the most beautiful artifacts of this kind of art. These rows symbolize the different historical eras preserved for future generations in the museum. The image shows the historical layers of the museum in the form of the different names it has had over its 200-year history. The names are written in concentric rows, as they would be written on the Vače Situla. The image includes the name of the state "SLOVENIJA" and the year of issue "2021". The outer ring of the coin depicts the 12 stars of the European Union.
